This is the ultimate decadent chocolate mousse that is so simple to make. If you have a mixer or a strong arm for mixing then this recipe will be a breeze to prepare. The key is to use the best mascarpone cheese you can find, and in my opinion, of course, the best comes from Wisconsin. You can usually find Wisconsin mascarpone in your grocery store, and its consistency is similar to cream cheese, but with sweeter, creamy note. In addition, you need to find the best semi-sweet dark chocolate to melt.

Don’t get me wrong on this one; I like school teachers. But I also like plumbers, electricians, carpenters, news reporters, laborers, farmers, landscapers, accountants, florists, switchboard operators, truck drivers, mechanics, gas station attendants, bartenders, preachers, salespeople, fruit pickers and banjo players. Heck, I even like a few politicians. What do school teachers, politicians and those other people have in common? They all would like to have a decent wage and a retirement plan.

Escoffier's day was made by adding cream to a thick velouté sauce.  In modern terms we make béchamel by thickening milk, sometimes with added aromatics for flavor, with a blonde roux.

About two dozen members of Congress have condemned the ruling and pressed for an appeal. In a notice filed Thursday, the Justice Department said it will challenge the decision in the U.S. 7th Circuit Court of Appeals in Chicago.

State lottery officials say the owner has yet to come forward but they plan to hold a news conference Thursday morning in Pierre to offer details. The Powerball was 7. A dozen players came close to the big money by matching five numbers.
