Henry Junior Dodson, 83, of Inwood, W.Va., died Wednesday, April 17, 2013, at Winchester (Va.) Medical Center. Family will receive friends Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. at South Berkeley Chapel in Inwood. The service will be Monday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Johnny Kelly officiating at the funeral home. Military graveside services will be held in Pleasant View Memory Gardens.   

Nicholas Shane Bowen, 9, died Tuesday, April 9, 2013, at Winchester (Va.) Medical Center. Family will receive friends Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home. A memorial service will be Monday at 11 a.m. at Bethel Assembly of God with the Rev. Arnold Brown officiating.  

Ronald Douglas Michael, 74, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., died Tuesday, April 9, 2013, at Winchester (Va.) Medical Center. The family will receive friends Saturday from 5 to 8 p.m. at Helsley-Johnson Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Berkeley Springs. The service will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Greenway Cemetery.

The Rev. Dr. Rose Ann (Robinson) Duckett, 75, of Washington, D.C., went to be with the Lord on Sunday, April 7, 2013. Born Aug. 3, 1937, in Inwood, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late Douglas and Grace (Mash) Robinson. She was an alumni of the Cortez Pavlovs Business College of Washington, D.C., and was a graduate of Ramer Memorial High School in Martinsburg. She then retired from the D.C. School System and was the pastor of the Second Christian Church in Hagerstown for over 21 years.

Betty Lee Butts, 81, of Gerrardstown, W.Va., died Thursday, April 4, 2013, at Winchester (Va.) Medical Center. The family will receive friends Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. at South Berkeley Funeral Chapel, Inwood, W.Va., and Monday from 1 to 2 p.m. at Faith Tabernacle. The service will be Monday at 2 p.m. at the church. Burial will be in Mountainside Tabernacle Cemetery.

Frederick Vinton Gallion, 62, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., died Friday, March 29, 2013, at Winchester (Va.) Medical Center. The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Helsley-Johnson Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Berkeley Springs. The service will be Friday at 10 a.m. at Berkeley Springs Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Robert S. Osborne officiating. Burial will be in Queen's Point Cemetery in Keyser, W.Va., at 1:30 p.m.

Helena Q. Sine, 76, of Back Creek Valley, W.Va., died Tuesday, March 26, 2013, at Winchester (Va.) Medical Center. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Central Chapel in Ganotown, W.Va. The service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Central Chapel with Pastor Greg Alderman officiating. Burial will be in Mount Carmel Cemetery. Arrangements are by Brown Funeral Home, Martinsburg, W.Va.

James Dewey “Jimmy” Church Sr., 62, died Saturday, March 23, 2013, at Winchester (Va.) Medical Center. A memorial service will be Saturday, April 6, 2013, at 4 p.m. at Darkesville United Methodist Church with Pastor Tom Sigler officiating. Burial will be private. Arrangements are by Brown Funeral Home in Martinsburg, W.Va.

Carrie Dawson Rowland, 89, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., died Tuesday, March 19, 2013, at Winchester (Va.) Medical Center. Arrangements are by Hunter-Anderson Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Berkeley Springs.

Jack H. Winkler Sr., 81, of Martinsburg, W.Va., died Thursday, March 14, 2013, at Winchester (Va.) Medical Center. The family will receive friends Saturday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home, Martinsburg. The service will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial with military honors will be at Rosedale Cemetery, Martinsburg.
