Music lovers gathered to enjoy some live music at the inaugural River Rat Street Dance/Concert in Williamsport on Friday evening. The concert, held near the intersection of North Conococheague and Salisbury streets, was a precursor to the C&O Canal Days event this weekend in Williamsport.
