kauffman@herald-mail.com WILLIAMSPORT - Another preseason practice has ended, and Curtis Graff is wheeling basketballs off the Williamsport High School gym floor. Before he heads home, he'll gather practice jerseys and wash them so his team has clean uniforms for the next day. "It's something that, if you like (coaching), you take it on," Graff said. "I don't have to wash their jerseys, but I do because I like what I do. It's all about the kids. " Those last five words are echoed by thousands of coaches in every corner of America, but when Graff says them, you can be sure he isn't taking those words for granted.

Talk of the Town - Many say Clinton will survive By RICHARD F. BELISLE Staff Writer Most Tri-State area residents polled Saturday think President Bill Clinton had an affair with former White House intern Monica Lewinsky but don't believe it will affect his presidency. Some feel that what a president does behind closed doors in the White House is his own business; that the only one really affected is his wife, Hillary Rodham Clinton. Few said they believe Clinton will be impeached, even if he lied about his relationship with Lewinsky or tried to obstruct justice by telling her to lie about it. Others say there isn't enough information to make a judgment, that there are too many unsubstantiated charges and that the press is sensationalizing the facts.
