Matthew Lynn Weller, 17, of Buck Valley Road, Warfordsburg, Pa., died Monday, Sept. 27, 2010, as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident near Warfordsburg. The family will receive friends Thursday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at Needmore (Pa.) Bible Church. The service will be Friday at 2 p.m. at the church. His uncle, Randy Beatty, will officiate. Burial will be in Buck Valley Christian Cemetery in Warfordsburg. Arrangements are by Grove Funeral Home in Hancock.

Destiny Jean Knable, 15, of Pleasant Grove Road, Warfordsburg, Pa., died Monday, Sept. 27, 2010, as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident near Warfordsburg. Charles E. Lanehart Sr., 74, of Warfordsburg, Pa., died Thursday, July 23, 2009, at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Martinsburg, W.Va. Medical Center Long Term Care Unit, and formerly of 4462 Flickerville Road in Warfordsburg, Pa., died Friday, July 17, 2009, at Fulton County Medical Center. Visitation will be Monday from 1 to 2 p.m. at Pleasant Grove Christian Church, Warfordsburg. Services will be Monday at 2 p.m. at the church. Arrangements are by Howard L. Sipes Funeral Home Inc., McConnellsburg, Pa.

Alice Frances Baum, 99, a resident of Fulton County Medical Center Extended Care Unit, McConnellsburg, Pa., died Saturday, Oct. 10, 2009. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 10 to 11 a.m. at Warfordsburg Presbyterian Church. The service will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Warfordsburg Presbyterian Church. David Keith Hixon, 75, of Warfordsburg, Pa., died Wednesday, Aug. 8, 2012, at Winchester (Va.) Medical Center. The family will receive friends Sunday from 3 to 7 p.m. and Monday from 10 to 11 a.m. at Buck Valley Christian Church, Warfordsburg. The service will be Monday at 11 a.m. at the church. R. Weldon Schline, 92, formerly of Warfordsburg, Pa., died Tuesday, March 5, 2013, at Woodland Retirement Center in Orbisonia, Pa. The family will receive friends Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Grove Funeral Home, Hancock. The service will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Warfordsburg United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Jerusalem Christian Cemetery, Amaranth, Pa.

NOV. 29, 1918-DEC. 28, 2010 WARFORDSBURG, Pa. — Mary J. McKee, 92, of Warfordsburg, Pa., went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, Dec. 28, 2010, at Menno Haven Nursing Home, Chambersburg, Pa. Mary was born in Locust Grove, Pa., on Nov. 29, 1918, the daughter of the late Harry F. and Blanche (Smith) Hill.   She was the widow of Clarence John McKee, whom she married on March 9, 1936. He passed away on May 25, 2003. She was a member of Jerusalem Christian Church, Warfordsburg, Pa., where she was a deaconess at the church for many years and also taught Sunday School for many years.
