Letters to the Editor 3/14 Blues Jam at HCC Sunday To the editor: We would like to announce an upcoming Blues Jam Benefit to help pay the medical expenses of a young child who has leukemia, 4-year-old Ethan Morningstar. The Jam will be held Sunday, March 18 at 2 p.m. until approximately 10 p.m. at the Hagerstown Community College's Kepler Theater on Robinwood Drive. The performing bands will include Duffy Kane, 2 Blue Ensemble, Rudy and The Bluefish, The Blue Comets, The Rhythm Kings, The Push, The Backroads Band and Stephen Britton & Friends.

andrear@herald-mail.com BERKELEY SPRINGS, W.Va. - The Massacoustics will bring music to the mountains this weekend during a free concert at Berkeley Springs State Park. The sibling duo's concert on Saturday, Aug. 7, is part of the 18th season of the Morgan Arts Council's free weekly summer concerts series. The series began July 10 and continues through Saturday, Aug. 28. The National Endowment for the Arts, Middle Atlantic Arts Foundation, West Virginia Commission on the Arts and local hotel/motel tax revenues provide funding for the shows in the downtown Berkeley Springs park.
