White dog reported missing near Prime Outlets Los t - White dog. Where - The dog is missing from its home in the South End near Prime Outlets. When - The dog has been missing since late last Friday. Description - The female dog is described as a white Eskimo spitz. The dog is about 4 years old. It was not wearing a collar. It answers to the name Angel. The owner said she has special needs children and they have bonded with the dog and miss Angel very much.

WASHINGTON COUNTY -- Maryland's tourism office let a lease for a temporary welcome center at Prime Outlets at Hagerstown expire, despite delays in building a permanent $18 million center off Interstate 70. The state started renting space at the outlet center in May 2008 while the welcome center in Myersville, Md., was closed as part of a replacement project. When the one-year lease expired at the end of May, the Maryland Office of Tourism vacated the Prime Outlets storefront.

About 1,500 motorcyclists paraded into Hagerstown for this year's ride, which is held in remembrance of the victims of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. The route retraces all three 9/11 crash sites.

Baltimore-based Prime Retail - which owns 29 outlet centers, including Prime Outlets at Hagerstown - is collecting money for Floridians affected by Hurricane Charley. Stores at the outlet centers have set up donation canisters, with 100 percent of the money going to the Hurricane Charley Relief Fund, Prime Retail said Friday. Contributions will be accepted through Oct. 31.
