Power Over Pain will meet from 2 to 4 p.m. today at Park Road Bible Church, 750 Park Road, Hagerstown. Power Over Pain is for people who have had their lives changed due to pain. The meeting will feature Wendy Radonovich-Crum, an occupational therapist at Total Rehab Care, and Steve Ryan of Ryan Physical Therapy. FREDERICK, Md. - A 20-year-old Frederick woman died early Thursday after she was thrown from a vehicle on Gambrill Park Road, according to the Frederick County Sheriff's Department. Tinika Lanae Onley was pronounced dead at Frederick Memorial Hospital about an hour after the 12:37 a.m. accident. The driver, James Allen Warfield, 18, of Frederick, was treated and released from the hospital. There was no report of injury to another passenger, Ebony Lashere Goines, 20, of Frederick.

Sara Jane "Sally" St. Clair, 74, of Hagerstown, Md., passed away Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2013, after a long illness. Born July 16, 1938, in Lewistown, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Jesse A. and Thelma M. Rowe. She was a 1956 graduate of Hagerstown High School. She was employed by Kmart for many years, and retired in 2011 from First Data. She was a member of Park Road Bible Church. She is survived by her loving husband, Victor M. St. Clair; a daughter, Pamela S. Needy; a son, Victor M. St. Clair Jr.; a brother, Jesse A. Rowe Jr.; and two granddaughters, Amber St. Clair and Kayla Needy.

FREDERICK, Md. - A Myersville, Md., man was killed early Wednesday morning in a single-vehicle crash, the Frederick County Sheriff's Office said. Adrian A. Milstead, 22, was pronounced dead at the scene, deputies said in a news release. Milstead was driving south on Gambrill Park Road when he lost control of the vehicle he was driving, left the road and struck a tree, deputies said. The accident was reported at 1:11 a.m.

Thelma Myrtle Rowe, 93, formerly of George Street, Hagerstown, Md., died Sunday, Feb. 12, 2012, at Fahrney-Keedy Memorial Home in Boonsboro, Md. Born April 1, 1918, in Shippensburg, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Roy J. and Maude L. Barnhart Freet. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse A. Rowe Sr. She was a 1936 graduate of Lewistown High School, Lewistown, Pa. She was a member of Park Road Bible Church. She is survived by one daughter, Sara Jane St. Clair and husband, Victor, of Hagerstown; one son, Jesse A. Rowe Jr. and wife, Cindy, of Smithsburg, Md.; two grandchildren, Victor M. St. Clair Jr. and Pamela S. Needy; two great-granddaughters, Amber St. Clair and Kayla Needy; a special niece, Nancy Rowe of Lewistown, Pa.; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Amy Elizabeth Myers, 91, of Hagerstown, passed away Thursday, March 7, 2013, at Williamsport Nursing Home. Born Dec. 24, 1921, in Claremore, Okla., she was the daughter of the late Albert M. Bolinger and Louisa J. (Stout) Bolinger, who was a citizen of the Cherokee Nation. Amy was a member of Park Road Bible Church in Hagerstown, where she worked in the nursery. She was an avid bowler in a ladies' bowling league. She also enjoyed traveling, seamstressing and needlework. She is survived by her children, Joyce L. Walker and husband, William P., of Greenbackville, Va., David M. Myers and wife, Mary (Baldwin)

Harry Edward Anthony, 73, of Waynesboro, Pa., died Sunday, July 14, 2013, at Shook Home in Chambersburg, Pa. Born Oct. 7, 1939, in Hagerstown, Md., he was the son of late Thomas W. Anthony Sr. and Clara E. Shank Anthony. He retired in 1999 from Manitowoc Crane in Shady Grove, Pa., after 33 years of service. Harry was a member of Park Road Bible Church in Hagerstown. He volunteered as an elder and assisted with nursing home visitations. Harry always put his family and church first.
