Used motor oil stolen from Pa. Jiffy Lube CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. - Chambersburg Police are looking for help in finding out who stole 1,000 gallons of used motor oil from a service center this week. The motor oil was stolen from Jiffy Lube at 1250 Orchard Drive between 7:30 p.m. Monday and 7:30 a.m. Tuesday, police said.
