Road and lane closures for Thursday, Oct. 20: * All lanes of Interstate 81 are now subject to closure in both directions between Interstate 70 and Williamsport for bridge inspection, according to the Maryland State Highway Administration's website. Closure is expected to remain in effect until this Sunday between 6 a.m. and 11 a.m. each day. * Hopewell Road under the Interstate 70 bridge is closed while the road surface is lowered as part of a bridge-widening project on I-70.
