MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - A sobriety checkpoint will be staged by the West Virginia State Police from 8 p.m. Jan. 12 to 2 p.m. Jan. 13 in Berkeley County, First Sgt. E.D. Burnett said Friday. The two possible locations for the checkpoints are on W.Va. 9 between Cumbo Road and Harlan Springs Road and along U.S. 11 south between Bernice Avenue and Wheatland Street.
