Harvey D. “Jim” Slick, 84, of Shippensburg, Pa., passed away Wednesday, Oct. 3, 2012, at Shippensburg Health Care Center.  Born Jan. 25, 1928, in Frederick County, Md., he was the son of the late Emerson and Bertie (Sirk) Slick.  He had been an auto mechanic most of his life in Rockville, Md. Harvey was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War.   He is survived by his wife, Catherine Louise Stillitt Slick of Shippensburg; three daughters, JoAnn (wife of Ralph) Mowen of Chambersburg, Pa., Patsy (wife of Eugene)
