Lackland Air Force Base

Army Sgt. 1st Class Todd R. Sturniolo, son of Gary and Janice Sturniolo of Hagerstown, was recently promoted to his current rank during a ceremony at Fort George G. Meade in Odenton, Md. Sturniolo is a trombonist with the United States Army Field Band. He is a 1997 graduate of North Hagerstown High School, a 2001 graduate of Lebanon Valley College in Annville, Pa., and a 2003 graduate of the Cleveland Institute of Music. His wife is Heidi Wolterstorff Sturniolo, formerly of Grand Rapids, Mich.
