CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. -- A 27-year-old Chambersburg man was charged with indecent exposure after two women reported seeing a naked man posing along Pa. 995 Saturday night, according to Pennsylvania State Police. Two 20-year-old women were heading north in the 1000 block of Warm Spring Road, also known as Pa. 995, around 11 p.m. Saturday when they saw a naked man posing against a sign along the roadway, according to an affidavit of probable cause from state police. The women weren't sure what they had seen at first, so they turned around and went back, police said.

A Hagerstown man will be sentenced this summer following his guilty plea in Washington County Circuit Court on Monday to charges of assaulting and exposing himself to a 5-year-old girl. Devon Naeem Davis, 22, of 317 S. Potomac St., pleaded guilty to second-degree assault and indecent exposure in exchange for the dismissal of other charges, including sex abuse of a minor and second- and third-degree sex offenses. The two charges to which David pleaded guilty carry a maximum combined sentence of 13 years, but the state is seeking a time-served sentence, Assistant State's Attorney Brett Wilson told Judge Dana Moylan Wright.

WAYNESBORO, Pa. - A Waynesboro man was charged with indecent exposure and open lewdness after allegedly exposing himself Friday during dismissal time at St. Andrew Catholic School, Waynesboro police said in a news release. Benjamin P. Gorman, 27, of 30 N. Broad St., allegedly told police his identification was in his bedroom when they went to his apartment at 3:50 p.m. Inside the bedroom, officers said they spotted a small amount of marijuana and several smoking pipes. Gorman has been charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.

A convicted sex offender was charged this week with exposing himself at a church and a community pool in Hagerstown, according to Washington County District Court records. Marcel Percy Cox, 43, of Olde Route 40, Hancock, was charged on Wednesday with indecent exposure and being a registered sex offender entering a restricted property, court records said. Originally held without bond, Cox's bail was lowered to $150,000 following a bond-review hearing Thursday in district court, the records said.

A Washington County Circuit Court judge on Friday set bond at $50,000 for a Hagerstown man accused of raping a preteen girl in August, although he remains held without bond on more serious related charges. Ryan Kleckner, 30, of 10806 Rosewood Drive, was in Washington County Circuit Court Friday for a bond hearing on charges of felony second-degree sex offense and misdemeanor counts of indecent exposure and second-degree assault. A county grand jury indicted Kleckner on the charges on Oct. 19, court records said.

A St. Thomas, Pa., man has been charged with sexually abusing a 12-year-old boy, Pennsylvania State Police said. Albert Raiber, 60, of St. Thomas, was charged with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, sexual assault, indecent assault, indecent exposure, corruption of minors, simple assault and false imprisonment, according to a state police news release. Troopers said the parents of the 12-year-old told state police in Chambersburg that Raiber had sexually assaulted the boy. The crimes were alleged to have occurred from Dec. 19-31 in a home.

Indecent exposure reported in Mont Alto MONT ALTO, Pa. — Pennsylvania State Police say they are looking for a man who exposed himself to a woman Thursday night in the 200 block of Reynolds Avenue in Mont Alto. The incident happened at about 9 p.m., when the man pulled down his pants and pressed his genitals against a glass back door of the woman’s home, according to a state police press release. The woman told police that the man fled when she screamed.

Pa. man charged with indecent exposure CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. -- A Chambersburg man was charged with indecent exposure and corruption of a minor after he allegedly exposed himself to a 13-year-old boy Wednesday in the 1800 block of Johnson Road, according to a Pennsylvania State Police press release. Marc Johnson, 57, was released Saturday from the Franklin County Jail after posting $10,000 bail, a jail spokeswoman said. Further details were unavailable. FREDERICK, Md. -- Maryland Natural Resources Police last week charged eight men with crimes ranging from indecent exposure to assault during an undercover operation at Gambrill State Park in Frederick County, according to a Natural Resources Police press release. Natural Resources Police conducted the operation in response to complaints that people were soliciting and performing sexual acts in the park, police said. They have not received such complaints about other state parks, Maryland Natural Resources Police Sgt. Brian Albert said Tuesday in a telephone interview.
