Service news 2/2 Army Pvt. Raymond Steele , son of Jovelita C. and stepson of Stephen Doty of Chambersburg, Pa., has graduated from basic military training at Fort Sill, Lawton, Okla. Army Pvt. Minhtien T. Nguyen , daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Nguyen of Frederick, Md., has graduated from the unit supply specialist advanced individual training course at Fort Lee, Petersburg, Va. She was an honor graduate. Nguyen is a 2000 graduate of Governor Thomas Johnson High School, Frederick.
