OCT. 26, 1968-JUNE 18, 2011 Every so often, the Lord takes a young person to Heaven that just makes you wonder if the good folks on the other side needed a soul with a high fun factor to shake things up a bit. That's certainly the case with David V. Stouter, 42, a wonderful husband, father, son, brother, son-in-law and brother-in-law, who died peacefully at home on Saturday, June 18, 2011. It's hard not to crack a smile when thinking about Dave, even in this time of intense sorrow.
