By JULIE E. GREENE Staff Writer When former Hagerstown Mayor Steven T. Sager is roasted Thursday night, his 12 years in office will be fair game. While it's probably unusual for a former mayor to be roasted, Sager is an unusual former mayor, said Fred K. Teeter Jr., executive vice president of the Hagerstown-Washington County Chamber of Commerce, which is hosting the event. "Twelve years in office is quite an accomplishment for any elected official these days, given the mood of the electorate," Teeter said.
