St. John's Episcopal Church, the Rev. Stephanie Yancy will preach this Sunday at the 8 and 10:15 a.m. communion/healing services. The parish choir and Laura and Anna Baldasarre will provide music at the later service. Christian education classes for all ages begin at 9 a.m. The adult forum will address Spiritual Practices for Families, Part 1. St. Mark's Lutheran Church, Vicar Sadie Pounder will be preaching this Sunday at the 8:15 a.m. chapel service and the 10:30 a.m. worship service.

St. John's Episcopal Church, the Rev. Stephanie Yancy will preach at the 8 a.m. communion service this Sunday. At the 10:15 a.m. service, a Festival of Advent Lessons and Carols will be presented by the parish and youth choirs. Communion will also be celebrated. Sunday school classes for all ages begin at 9 a.m. including an adult forum led by Yancy. St. Mark's Lutheran Church, this Sunday there will be chapel communion at 8:15 a.m., Sunday school at 9:15 a.m. and the Sunday school Christmas program at 10:30 a.m. The sermon is Emmanuel, God With Us. There will be communion for shut-ins at 2 p.m. Trinity Lutheran Church, Hagerstown, Pastor Philip Fogarty will preach at the 8 and 11 a.m. services this Sunday on the topic, The Unexpected One. Pastor Torben Aarsand will be celebrant.
