A Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Agnes Catholic Church in Shepherdstown, with the Rev. Fr. Mathew Rowgh as the celebrant. A viewing will be held from 9:30 to 10 a.m. at the church. A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Fort Lincoln Cemetery in Brentwood, Md. James Henry "Harry" Stubbings Sr., 81, of 14151 Strite Road, Hagerstown, Md., passed away Wednesday, June 27, 2012, at Reeders Memorial Home. Born Friday, May 1, 1931, in Washington, D.C., he was the son of the late James Douglas Stubbings and Marie Louise Ratte Stubbings. He was employed with Sheet Metal Workers Local Union 100 as a sheet-metal worker for many years. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Madeleine T. Stubbings; four sons, James H. Stubbings Jr. of Hagerstown, John R. Stubbings of Olney, Md., Joseph E. Stubbings of Mount Airy, Md., and Jayme D. Stubbings of San Anselmo, Calif.; one sister, Vivi M. Allen of Bethesda, Md.; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Edward Joseph Domanski, 85, of Hagerstown, Md., passed away Wednesday, June 6, 2012, at the Johns Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore. Born Saturday, Dec. 4, 1926, in Shamokin, Pa., he was the son of the late Peter J. Domanski and Mary C. Liss. He was a veteran of World War II, serving with the U.S. Navy. He was employed with Mack Trucks Inc., retiring in 1989. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, where he was a deacon. He was also a member of Brady Fire Company, Shamokin, and United Auto Workers Local 171. He is survived by his grandchildren, Donna Robinson and husband, Russ, Teresa Mazzeo and husband, Mike, and Scott, Rick and Brian Witmer; sister, Jeanette Mouery; great-grandchildren, Hannah and Wes Robinson, Kolby and Kaley Lefferts; and several other great-grandchildren.
