School lunch menus for the week of Monday, Dec. 15, through Friday, Dec. 19. Washington County All meals include a choice of milk and two selections of fruits and vegetables. An assortment of fresh, frozen and canned fruits and vegetables will be offered in all schools everyday. Monday - Chicken patty or hot ham and cheese sandwich. Tuesday - Chef Boyardee ravioli or beef steamer. Wednesday - Cheese quesadilla with salsa or grilled chicken patty.
