Chambersburg Community Theatre (CCT) presented  its Angel Award on Friday, Oct. 21, to W. Thomas Amick. In theater, usually an "angel" refers to a financial backer, but CCT has broadened this definition to include any individual, business, service group, or organization that has made an exemplary commitment to the advancement and continuity of quality of CCT in the form of monetary donations, artistic contributions, time or talent. Amick began his love of the theater when he had the lead in both his high school junior and senior class plays.
