Hagerstown Community College Luis Flores was recently appointed the multicultural recruiter at Hagerstown Community College. In the position, he will provide leadership in the recruitment of a more diverse student body. Flores is finishing his bachelor's degree at Shepherd University, from which he expects to graduate in May. He is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese. He most recently served as an interpreter with Frederick County (Md.) Public Schools.
