Authorities are looking for two girls who ran away Monday from a court-ordered, foster-care home on Saddlebrook Lane near Hagerstown, the Washington County Sheriff's Office said. Rachel Corine Patterson and Janique Ann Marie Staley, both 15, were last seen wearing gray sweat pants and gray sweatshirts, according to a sheriff's office news release. Patterson has brown eyes, shoulder-length blonde hair and wears black-rim glasses, the release said. Staley has brown eyes and curly black hair.

The Washington County Sheriff's Office said it was searching for two missing boys from Cedar Ridge Children's Home near Williamsport. Zakria Hussain, 15, and Colin Lauterbach, 17, were last seen at about 8 p.m. Tuesday, according to a sheriff's office news release. Hussain has brown eyes and short brown hair. He is about 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighs 130 pounds. Lauterbach has brown eyes and brown hair. He is about 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs 156 pounds. Cedar Ridge Children's Home is a residential facility for at-risk youth.

Authorities are searching for two men who are wanted on active warrants, according to a Hagerstown Police Department news release. Shamal Pickering, 18, is wanted on charges of first-degree assault and first-degree burglary, police said. Devon Lee Frisby, 20, faces four warrants for a array of charges, including second-degree assault, marijuana possession, driving without a license and failure to appear in court, police said. Police describe Picking as 5-foot-8 and 140 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

The Washington County Sheriff's Department was searching Tuesday for a 15-year-old boy who was reported missing June 9 from Oak Hill House in Clear Spring, according to a sheriff's department press release. Terrance Ivon Watts, 15, was staying at Oak Hill House, a placement center for juvenile offenders, and went to Frederick, Md., on a one-day pass, deputies said. Watts is described as black, about 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing about 139 pounds, with brown hair, brown eyes and a dark complexion, deputies said.

Deputies on Friday were searching for a teenager who reportedly ran away from a group home, The Oak Hill House, Monday, the Washington County Sheriff's Department said. Maurice L. Butler, 17, was described as black, about 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighing 196 pounds. He has short black hair, brown eyes and a mustache. He was last seen inside the home Sunday night. Maurice may have returned to his hometown, Baltimore, deputies said in a news release. Anyone with information can call police at 301-791-3020.

He has a history of theft charges. John Daniel Mumma, 40, is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 220 pounds. He has brown hair and green eyes. He has a history of assault and drug charges. BERKELEY SPRINGS, W.Va. - The Morgan County Sheriff Department is seeking information on the whereabouts of a teenager missing since Monday and the 37-year-old man with whom she might be traveling. Chelsea Dawn Rye, 17, no address given, was reported as a runaway Monday night, according to a press release from the department. Police believe she might be with Danny Franklin Grady, no address given, who is wanted in Virginia on felony charges and might pose a danger to Rye. Police believe Grady and Rye could be traveling to either Bryson City, N.C., or to New York.

Authorities are asking for the public's help in locating two area fugitives wanted by West Virginia State Police on outstanding warrants for heroin delivery charges, according to a news release from the U.S. Marshals Service. The Mountain State Fugitive Task Force is looking for 35-year-old Dallas Cook, aka “Duck” or “Ducky,” and 28-year-old Meagan Francis Teets, aka Meagan Slonaker. Both have family in the Berkeley County, W.Va., area the marshals service said. It is believed that Cook and Teets frequent the Baltimore area, where they buy heroin and bring it back to West Virginia for use or sale, the marshals service said.

Reported as missing were Joseph Louis Brown III, 13, and Dillion Westley Darling, 16, according to a sheriff's office news release. Brown is described as black, 5 feet, 3 inches tall, weighing 197 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair, while Darling is white, 5 feet, 8 inches tall, weighing 113 pounds, with blue eyes and blond hair, the release said.
