The 12th annual Western Maryland Blues Fest's Family Blues Picnic will be today from noon to 5 p.m. at City Park in Hagerstown. Admission is free. Today's lineup includes: City Park band shell · Hip Pocket Blues - noon to 12:45 p.m. · Rudy & the Bluefish - 1 to 2 p.m. · Mary Ann Redmond Band - 2:15 to 3:15 p.m. · Eddie Shaw & The Wolf Gang - 3:30 to 5 p.m. Washington County Museum of Fine Arts · Chicago blues saxman Eddie Shaw & The Wolf Gang will host a lecture, demonstration and workshop from 1 to 1:45 p.m. · The Boonsboro High School Sax Quartet will perform from noon to 1 p.m. and 2 to 3 p.m.
