The Washington County Sheriff's Office has asked for assistance in finding a missing teen, who was last seen July 18, according to a release. Heather Lynn Cole, 16, of 17411 Apple Blossom Court, Hagerstown, left her home at about noon July 18 and has not been seen there since, police said. Cole is white, about 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighs about 220 pounds. She has brown hair and blue eyes. Police said she might be with Jeremiah May, who lives in the Hagerstown area.

Police are looking for a man wanted in connection with a Jan. 4 breaking and entering at Massey Collision Center, Washington Count Sheriff's Investigator A. Cerezo said. Two people took customer vehicles from the collision center and drove them around the Washington County area, demolishing street signs, yards and the vehicles themselves, Cerezo said in a news release. Investigators investigate that the men caused $150,000 in damage, including damage at Martin L. "Marty" Snook Park in Halfway.

A Washington County Sheriff's Office spokesman said Monday night his department is looking for a missing 17-year-old boy who last seen about March 20. Deputy First Class Marc Albowicz said Caleb Michael Conklin was last seen at his home at 19624 Cool Hollow Drive in Hagerstown. Conklin was last seen wearing a black jacket, blue jeans and red and white Nike sneakers. Conklin is described as being about six-feet tall, weighing 215 pounds and having blue eyes and light brown, shoulder-length hair.

Two Pa. teens reported missing McCONNELLSBURG, Pa. -- Authorities are seeking information on two Pennsylvania juveniles who were reported missing last week, according to a Pennsylvania State Police press release. Devin Heintzelman, 15, of Mercersburg, Pa., is about 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 135 pounds, police said. He has an athletic build, short, light brown hair, blue eyes and wears braces on his upper and lower teeth. Police say Heintzelman is believed to be with his girlfriend, Lakiesha Love Hensley, 15, of McConnellsburg.

A woman was charged with prostitution after police said she met with an undercover police officer at the Heritage Inn just outside Martinsburg, according to court records. Sheila Wells Silver, 47, of 53 Crown Court, Martinsburg, was arraigned Wednesday by Berkeley County Magistrate Joan V. Bragg, who set a $2,500 bond, according to magistrate court documents. Silver was arrested after she engaged Berkeley County Sheriff's Deputy Michael St. Clair in “an obvious sexual act” in room 117 of the motel at 1024 Winchester Ave., court documents said.

HAGERSTOWN -- Authorities are searching for two Hagerstown residents who have been charged with several counts of drug distribution and possession, according to a press release from the Washington County Narcotics Task Force. Lawrence Edward Epps, 34, whose last known address was 250 S. Burhans Blvd., has been charged with distribution of crack cocaine, possession of crack cocaine, conspiracy to distribute crack cocaine, second-degree assault and reckless driving. Epps is black, stands about 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs about 165 pounds, the release said.
