My brother treats his dogs as if they were his children To the editor: To the woman who was disgusted with the beagle story, I just want to tell you that just because you are a animal rescue worker, this does not make you an expert on all people and how all people handle their animals. I just want to tell you that the beagle story that was published was about my brother and you have no idea how wonderful a person he is and how well he treats his animals. He treats those beagles just as if they were part of his family and he does not just pen them up until hunting season.
