Beagle reported found in the Pangborn Park area Found - Beagle When - The dog was found at 1:30 p.m. on Christmas Eve. Where - The dog was found near Pangborn Park in Hagerstown. Description - The small dog is mostly black and has some brown markings. The younger dog weighs about 25 pounds. It is described as very friendly. It was not wearing a collar. He knows how to sit and walks great on a leash. He is a little inquisitive, being part beagle he likes to sniff things along his walk. Petey enjoys being with people, which would make him such a wonderful addition to any home. Glenn E. Beagles, 82, of Melody Lane, Hagerstown, died Tuesday, March 8, 2011, at his home. A memorial service will be Saturday at 3 p.m. at Williamsport Seventh-day Adventist Church, Williamsport, with Pastor Franke Zollman officiating. Arrangements are by J.L. Davis Funeral Home in Smithsburg.
