Cumberland Valley Animal Shelter is hosting its second annual golf tournament on Friday, June 14, at the Chambersburg Country Club. Registration begins at noon with a shotgun start at 1 p.m. The format is a four-person scramble, but new this year will be a handicap scramble. The registration fee is $100 per golfer, which includes golf, use of a cart, range balls, a boxed lunch, beverages on the course, light hors d'oeuvres at the awards ceremony following the round and prizes. Proceeds from the tournament will benefit the Chambersburg-area shelter's Retire the Debt campaign.
