HCC at Shippensburg
SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. — The Hagerstown men’s and women’s cross country teams recently opened the season with a pair of sixth-place finishes in the eight-team fields at the Galen Piper Invitational at Shippensburg University.
For the HCC men on the 6K course, Kenton Grossnickle was 47th out of 125 runners in 20:31, while George Hypolite was 55th (20:38), Ryan Pfarr was 69th (20:56), Daulton Monn was 84th (21:36) and Scott Berryman was 85th (21:36).
For the HCC women on the 4K course, Rachel Lilley was 39th out 84 runners in 16:31, while Casey Barr was 47th (16:41), Erika Kline was 66th (17:32), Kyra Englerth was 75th (18:27) and Katie Storm was 76th (19:46).
