Products and services: A bistro featuring homemade salads (potato salad, macaroni salad, cheese salad, country ham salad, chicken salad), wraps, paninis, subs, salads and a full case of freshly made baked goods. Also specializes in special-occasion cakes. A conference room is available for parties, meetings and family gatherings.

Target market: Family-friendly people looking for homemade recipes, homemade baked goods and a great time. 

How did you get into your business, and what motivated you to start it? I am striving to bring back old family recipes from more than 30 years ago, when my father and grandfather owned a small convenience store and restaurant. We have brought back the old Pownall chicken salad recipes and much more.
