Products and services: Andrea Carmona French macarons are prepared with the greatest dedication to quality, using the best ingredients from across the globe to create our macaron fillings. Fine French chocolates like Valrhona, and chocolates from Belgium, Switzerland and Germany are used, along with delicious fruits for a marvelous and glamorous final product. Chef Andrea knows and loves macarons, and has worked very hard at perfecting our French macarons. We know you will love them as much as we do. 

Target market: Anyone who loves fine, premium desserts with high-quality ingredients. French macarons are quickly becoming America’s darling, replacing cupcakes in many venues.

How did you get into your business, and what motivated you to start it? Andrea’s culinary career began in her native Colombia, where she began her studies in the creation of pastries and where she began to develop a love for the culinary arts. In the United States, she perfected the techniques that are vivid in each one of her creations. Andrea has since immersed herself in the glamorous world of the French macaron, rivaling the best from France with a diversity of flavors and colors.


Previous business experience: Andrea worked in public relations and advertising, and was a logistics director for a big candy company in Colombia. Jorge has been a software engineer and owned several businesses in the past.
