Greencastle man charged with trying to run woman off road

CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. — A Greencastle, Pa., man has been charged with trying to run a woman off the road Monday afternoon in Franklin County, Pennsylvania State Police said.

Devin Spoonhour, 19, was charged with terroristic threats, recklessly endangering, disorderly conduct and harassment, according to a state police news release.

Troopers said the incident happened at 3 p.m. Monday, when Spoonhour allegedly tried to run a 20-year-old woman off Ragged Edge Road as she drove to work.

Police alleged that Spoonhour then followed the woman to her place of employment and caused a disturbance there.
