The Bodyworks Massage Center

Ashley Crump recently joined the team of massage professionals at The Bodyworks Massage Center on Pennsylvania Avenue in Hagerstown.

Crump is licensed to practice massage in Maryland and successfully completed the Federation of State Massage Therapy Board’s massage and bodywork licensing examination.

Crump, a 2012 graduate of Central Maryland School of Massage in Frederick, Md., practices Swedish, deep-tissue and hot-stone massage, and on-site seated-chair massage for businesses and special events.



First United Bank & Trust

Marshall Hammer recently was hired as business relationship banker for the Washington County region of First United Bank & Trust.

Hammer has more than 20 years of experience in the manufacturing and transportation management industry. He was a retail manager and business owner in Baltimore before moving to Hagerstown in 1992.

He is an assistant Scoutmaster for Troop 8 and a Pack 8 committee member in Hagerstown. He also enjoys kayaking, fishing, cooking and spending time with his family.

Hammer lives in Hagerstown with his wife and three sons.

Leroy Robinson, a veteran carpenter with Callas Contractors Inc. of Hagerstown, recently retired after 32 years  of service.

Robinson was a dedicated employee with an exemplary attendance record.

The Callas family will miss his contribution to the enduring success of Callas Contractors, which has now exceeded 55 years in general construction.

Sharma has an extensive background in customer service, and her experience in the financial industry enables her to handle a variety of duties for Cushwa clients.

A native of Trinidad & Tobago, she lives in Washington County with her family. Her favorite activities include cooking, traveling, shopping and spending time with her family.

GREENCASTLE, Pa. — Scott Palmer, Peggy Hays and Caroline Binder, with Jack Gaughen Realtor ERA, were recognized as agents of the month for June in the Greencastle office.

The award is given based on listings taken, listings sold and sales made.

Palmer has been selling real estate for 27 years and is an associate broker. He lives in Greencastle with his wife, Dawn, and daughter.

Hays is licensed in Pennsylvania and Maryland. She has been selling real estate for 28 years and lives in State Line, Pa., with her husband, Jack.

Binder joined the company in 2012. She is licensed in Pennsylvania and can sell all types of real estate.

She lives in McConnellsburg, Pa.
