Travis James Williams, 26, of 2011 Starlight Lane, Hagerstown, Md., passed away Friday, July 19, 2013.

Born Saturday, Jan. 3, 1987, in Hagerstown, he was the son of Robert E. Sprankle Jr. and Sylvia J. (Williams) Sprankle of Hagerstown.

He graduated from South Hagerstown High School in 2005. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Hagerstown. Travis really enjoyed history, and took every opportunity to learn more. He was an accomplished artist and enjoyed fishing, and always will be remembered as a loving dad.

Besides his parents, he is survived by his fiancee, Kia L. Wible of York, Pa.; sons, Nikolas J. Williams and Joel A. Williams; daughter, Ava M. Williams; sisters, Cheyenne N. Sprankle and Montana E. Sprankle, both of Hagerstown; grandmothers, S. Jeanette Williams of Hagerstown and Beverly Wiedman of Manassas, Va.; a niece, Bella E. McDaniel of Hagerstown; and his biological father, Scott Milton Wright of Manassas.

Services will be held Friday, July 26, 2013, at 10 a.m., at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1253 Mount Aetna Road, Hagerstown, with Bishop Jack Castle officiating.

Family will receive friends at Douglas A. Fiery Funeral Home, 1331 Eastern Blvd. North, Hagerstown, on Thursday, July 25, 2013, from 6 to 8 p.m.

Interment will be at Broadfording Church Cemetery, Hagerstown.
