July 2 — Hagerstown-Washington County Chamber of Commerce’s Learning Lunch Hour featuring Leigh-Anne Mauk, social media specialist for Hagerstown Community College, who will discuss best practices, common pitfalls and legal implications for businesses using Facebook. 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Bulls & Bears restaurant, 38 S.
