Rouzerville Lions hosting car, truck show on July 7

ROUZERVILLE, Pa. — The Rouzerville Lions Club will host its 11th annual car and truck show July 7 at Hooverville Elementary School on Pa. 16.
The rain date will be July 14.

The show is open to all makes, models and years of cars and trucks. It offers trophies to the top 35 cars and top 12 trucks.

The best of show winner will receive a trophy and an embroidered jacket. All trophies will be determined by drivers’ choice voting.

Dash plaques will be given to the first 100 entries through C-Ely Signs and Graphics. There will be door prizes from Harvest Moon Studio and Antietam Realty.

There also will be a trophy for the King Lion’s choice of a vehicle in the car class and in the truck class.

Registration, which costs $12, will be from 9 a.m. to noon. Participant voting closes at 1 p.m., and trophies will be awarded at 3 p.m.

Proceeds will be used to support Lions Club charity programs.

There is no admission cost for spectators.

Music will be provided by Mike Embly of Coast-2-Coast Productions. Refreshments will be available.
