Two Waynesboro men charged with rape

WAYNESBORO, Pa. — Two Waynesboro men have been charged with rape after allegedly forcing a woman to perform sexual acts during an incident June 13.

Robert Clements, of 3 Cleveland Ave., and Joshua M. Shockey, of 113 C V Ave., are both charged with rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, aggravated indecent assault and indecent assault, according to a news release from Waynesboro police.

Clements and Shockey, who were drunk, continued to engage in various sexual acts after the woman said to stop, police allege in an affidavit of probable cause.

Police said the woman reported the incident June 17 and underwent an exam at Waynesboro Hospital with a sexual assault nurse examiner.

Clements, 28, and Shockey, 23, are both incarcerated in the Franklin County (Pa.) Jail, according to online court records.
