Blue Ridge Community College to hold free seminar

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. — Blue Ridge Community and Technical College said Friday that it will hold a free seminar called “Technology ‘How to’s’ for the 50 something” on June 25 on the main campus  at 13650 Apple Harvest Drive near Martinsburg.

The seminar will help answer common technology questions for students over the age of 50, but all adults are welcome to attend, according to a news release.

The seminar will feature fun demonstrations using Facebook, smartphones, iPads, and useful websites. Participants also will become familiar with technology trends, the release said.  

The event is among a variety of free technology seminars offered by the school that can be viewed online at: http://blueridgectc.augusoft.net.
