Jefferson Medical Center honors employees for 'Oz'-standing service

RANSON, W.Va. — “Oz” was the theme for the evening as Jefferson Medical Center honored 26 employees for a total of 295 years of service to the hospital. 

The dinner was held May 7 at the Quality Hotel & Conference Center in Harpers Ferry, W.Va.

In opening remarks, Jefferson Medical Center’s Chief Administrative Officer Christina DeRosa thanked the honorees for their years of dedication and service to the hospital.  

Master of Ceremonies Linda Blanc announced the names of each employee as those in attendance came forward to receive their awards and gifts. Nearly 100 guests were in attendance, including University Healthcare Board Directors Robert Baronner, Suzanne Shipley and Richard Knapp.
