How did you get into your business, and what motivated you to start it? It was always a dream of my dad’s to open up a restaurant, but he died not long after retiring from the Maryland State Police.

Previous business experience: Years of management, restaurant, customer service and marketing experience

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Friday, 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.; Saturday, 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.; Sunday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
