Pa. woman remains hospitalized from crash

CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. — A Fayetteville, Pa., woman remained hospitalized Monday morning at York (Pa.) Hospital following a Saturday night traffic accident.

Dominique N. Snair, 24, was listed in serious condition Monday morning, a hospital spokesman said.

She was flown to York Hospital to be treated for injuries she sustained in a single-vehicle accident at 8:45 p.m. Saturday on Rocky Mountain Road in Guilford Township, Pa., according to a news release from Pennsylvania State Police.

Troopers said Snair was driving a Subaru Forester on Rocky Mountain Road when she lost control of the vehicle and it struck a tree.

Pa. police to hold roving DUI patrols

WAYNESBORO, Pa. — The Franklin County DUl Task Force will be conducting impaired driving enforcement in late April within the jurisdictional areas of participating departments, which include the Washington Township Police Department.

Roving patrols will be conducted in cooperation with the Pennsylvania State Police, according to a news release.

The Franklin County DUI Task Force is committed to reducing the number of alcohol-related crashes, injuries and deaths caused by impaired drivers, the news release stated.

Pa. teen charged in BB gun incident

WAYNESBORO, Pa. — A 17-year-old boy has been charged with simple assault after allegedly shooting a BB gun at a woman, Waynesboro police said in a news release.

A BB struck the woman in the 200 block of Hawbaker Avenue, police said.

Police said the incident was reported to them Dec. 22, 2012.
