1. Blast from the past

18th-Century Market Fair will be this weekend at Fort Frederick State Park, 11100 Fort Frederick Road, Big Pool. Artisans, craftspeople and sutlers with an 18th-century encampment. Hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday, April 25, Friday, April 26, and Saturday, April 27; 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, April 28. $5; $2, ages 6 to 12; free for those 5 and younger. Call 301-842-2155.



2. Mullican at Meritus

Artwork by John Neal Mullican is on display and for sale through the Meritus Medical Center gift show. Show opens Thursday, April 25, and continues through Thursday, May 30, in the hallway left of the information desk at Meritus Medical Center, 11116 Medical Campus Road, east of Hagerstown. 3. Voices on high
