1. Believers in live theater

"The Church of Diminishing Marginal Returns" opens Saturday, April 13, at Washington County Playhouse Dinner Theater, 44 N. Potomac St., downtown Hagerstown. The play is about two broke and out-of-work brothers who start their own church. Shows are 6 p.m. Saturday, April 13, and Fridays, April 19 and 26, May 24, and Saturdays, April 20, and May 4, 11, 18 and 25; 1 p.m. Sunday, May 5. Tickets cost $29 to $39.95. 2. Let's go fly a kite

George and Sam Adams will offer free individual instruction and demonstrations of kite flying techniques Saturday, April 13. Participants should bring their own kites. For all ages. 5. Classical music

The Mercersburg Area Community Chorus will present its spring concerts this weekend with soloists soloists Jan Aaland, soprano; Kate Honan-Carter, mezzo-soprano; Colin Eaton, tenor; and Jesse Neace, baritone, pictured.
