Hagerstown Police seek information in Washington Gardens burglaries

Hagerstown Police Department investigators are seeking the public’s help in gathering information about two burglaries and an assault that occurred in March at the Washington Gardens apartment complex on Security Road, according to a police department news release.

The crimes occurred March 5 just before 6:30 a.m., police said.

A suspect is described as being a black male between 20 and 35 years old and having a slim or athletic build, police said.

A substantial reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of the person responsible for the crimes, police said.
