Here is the Morning Mojo Report for Wednesday, March 13:

* As of 7:30 a.m., traffic is sluggish on I-270 and I-495 while the left lane of I-81 northbound near Exit 8 to Maugansville Road is blocked off due to an accident, but it is running fine on all the other interstates throughout the area, according to the Maryland Department of Transportation's interactive mapping page on its website.

* The MARC Train, Commuter buses, metro bus service, and mobility service are all running on time and operating on their regular schedules, according to the Maryland Transit Administration's website at http://mta.maryland.gov.
   
* The third floor of the MARC BWI Parking Garage 1 will be closed through March 23, and beginning March 24, the second floor of the garage will be closed through April 6, according to the Maryland Transit Administration's website at http://mta.maryland.gov.

* The weather today is expected to be breezy with times of clouds and sun and an afternoon shower in places, a high of 48 degrees, wind around 13 miles per hour (mph), and a 40 percent chance of precipitation, according to the AccuWeather forecast on the HMTV6 weather website at www.herald-mail.com/hmtv6/weather/. Tonight it is expected to be partly cloudy and breezy with an evening rain or snow shower in spots, a low of 26 degrees, wind around 13 mph, and a 45 percent chance of precipitation. * Leiters Mill Road is closed at the bridge over Antietam Creek and expected to remain closed for the rest of the week from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. each day, according to an emailed release from Sarah Sprecher, assistant county administrator for Washington County.

* Work to improve the intersection of U.S. 40 and Md. 63 is still in progress and is expected to continue until Spring, according to reports from the Maryland State Highway Administration. Workers are assisting traffic in the area when needed, and expect lane closures at different times.

* Speed cameras have been placed on I-70 at Conococheague Creek and I-70 at Md. 63 for work zone safety as part of the bridge rehabilitation projects in those locations, according to the Maryland State Highway Administration. Now motorists driving more than 12 miles per hour over the posted speed limit in the areas, which is 55 miles per hour, will face a $40 citation.

* Traffic is being shifted to the outer edges of the I-70 bridges at Md. 63 as work crews prepare to begin demolition work on the inner sides of the bridges as part of the Maryland State Highway Administration (SHA) project to reconstruct and widen them, according to an emailed release from the SHA .
