Meet the Easter Bunny

The Clear Spring Volunteer Fire Co. will present Breakfast with the Easter Bunny on Saturday from 8 to 11 a.m. at the Clear Spring Volunteer Fire Co. Special Events Building on Big Springs Road.

The buffet breakfast includes eggs, cereal, pancakes, french toast, ham, sausage, chip beef gravy, sausage gravy, biscuits, fruit, potatoes, orange juice, milk and coffee.

The breakfast costs $8 for adults and $3 for children.

The entire building will be available for seating.

Professional pictures with the Easter Bunny cost $10.

There will be an egg hunt on the carnival grounds at 11:30 a.m. Some of the eggs will contain prizes.

Pork and sauerkraut

Park Head United Methodist Church, on National Pike in Big Pool, will hold a pork and sauerkraut dinner Saturday from  4 to 7 p.m. at the fellowship building behind the church. The cost of the meal is by donation.

Country butchering

Wilson Ruritan will hold a country butchering and pancake breakfast Saturday from 6:30 to 11 a.m. at the Wilson Ruritan Club, one-quarter mile west of Huyetts Crossroads. 

The breakfast includes all-you-can-eat pancakes and your choice puddin’, pon haus, sausage patty or sausage gravy, coffee and orange juice.

The breakfast costs $4.50.

‘Seven Brides for Seven Brothers’ on stage 

The Clear Spring High School Drama Club will present “Seven Brides for Seven Brothers” Friday and Saturday at 7:30 p.m.and Sunday at 2 p.m. 

The show will be held in the Clear Spring High School auditorium. 

Tickets cost $10 for adults and $8 for students.

Dinner and the show

The FBLA will hold a fried chicken dinner with scalloped potatoes, green beans, roll and drink before the play Saturday at Clear Spring High School. 

The dinner will be held in the school cafeteria. 

Tickets cost $7. 

The dinner will be served from 5 to 6 p.m. for presale tickets and 6 to 6:30 p.m. while supplies last. 

Tickets can be purchased in advance from any FBLA member.
