Rethabelle Arlene Munson, 76, of Hagerstown, passed away Saturday, March 2, 2013, at the home of her daughter, Debra Ridenour.

Born March 29, 1936, in Edgemont, Md., she was the daughter of the late Herman Christian Glenn and Nina Pearl Brown Glenn Bohn.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Leroy Rufford Munson, in 2007.

Mrs. Munson retired from the Maryland Ribbon Manufacturing Co. of Hagerstown, Md.

She is survived by three daughters, Linda M. LaBarbera and husband, James, of Upland, Calif., Karen G. Tracy and husband, James, of Hagerstown, and Debra A. Ridenour and husband, Mark, of Hagerstown; three sons, Ronald L. Munson Sr. and wife, Sunkyong, of Martinsburg, W.Va., Dennis L. Munson of Easton, Kan., and Michael J. Munson Sr. of Martinsburg; four sisters, Nancy J. Barkdoll of Smithsburg, Md., Betty L. Delawder of Moneta, Va., Donna R. Kauffman of State Line, Pa., and Peggy E. Upton of Greencastle, Pa.; one brother, Charles M. Glenn of Hagerstown; 17 grandchildren, Susan A. Munson, Ronald L. Munson Jr., Brian K. Munson, David A. LaBarbera, Jennifer M. LaBarbera, Ryan J. LaBarbera, Christina L. Boyd, Daniel J. Munson, Matthew R. Munson, Lewis H. Munson, James A. Tracy, Jeffrey A. Tracy, Natasha N. Munson, Michael J. Munson Jr., Ashleigh B. Sheffler, Seth A. Ridenour and Austin H. Ridenour; and 11 great-grandchildren, Noah L. Gregory-Munson, Cierra N. Munson, Madalynn E. Munson, Liam C. Munson, Matthew T. Munson, Devonte W. Sewell, Kathleen Z. Rock, Emily M. LaBarbera, Arabella D. Munson, Bailey T. Sheffler and Marleigh B. Sheffler.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Herbert R. Munson; and a brother, Herman L. “Bill” Glenn.

There will be no viewing or visitation. However, a memorial graveside service will be announced at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Washington County, 747 Northern Ave., Hagerstown, MD 21742.
