Christ’s Reformed Church, Lenten lunch and service, 12:15 to 1 p.m. Wednesdays. Light lunch and lessons with pastor and author Tim Keller from his DVD series “The Gospel in Life.” This week’s topic will be Witness: an alternate city.

First Baptist Church, revival with Frank Shelton at 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. Sunday and 6 p.m. Monday.

Maranatha Brethren Church, Easter Cantata, The Story, will be presented at 7 p.m. Sunday, March 31.

Mount Nebo United Methodist Church, Boonsboro, church social dinner Saturday, March 9 from 5:30 to 7  p.m. with pork and sauerkraut with side vegetables and kids menu of P&B sandwiches and hot dogs and mac and cheese and a full dessert bar. Shiloh United Methodist Church, Hagerstown, at 2 to 5 p.m. the annual “Hot Wheels Show.” There will be hundreds of Hot Wheel and Match Box cars on display for all ages. Folks are encouraged to come and display their cars. There will be multiple tracks set up for racing. There will be door prizes and admission is free. West Hagerstown United Methodist Parish, Lenten service at 7 p.m. preceded by a meal at 6 p.m. at Asbury United Methodist Church. The Rev. Ken Fizer will preach.
