Western Maryland Blues Fest Cabin Fever Blues Bash will be Thursday, March 7, at  The Maryland Theatre, 21 S. Potomac St., downtown Hagerstown. Moreland & Arbuckle, pictured,  will perform blues music featuring guitar, “harp” and vocals. Doors open at 6:15 p.m. doors open; 7 p.m. concert. $10. For tickets, call 301-790-2000.
