Ann Hurlbut Phillips Mann, 86

Ann was born Dec. 26, 1926, in Chicago, Ill., daughter of the late Francis D. Hurlbut Sr. and Minnie S. Hurlbut. On the night Ann was born, her parents were at a theater production of "No, No Nanette."

Ann is survived by one brother, Francis D. Hurlbut Jr., Sequim, Wash., and children, Jeffrey (Gloria) of Chestertown, Md., Janice (Paul) Willis of Fayette, Ohio, Samuel (Lydia) Phillips of Hagerstown, Md., and Kimberly (Donald) Kreis of Hagerstown. Ann leaves behind six grandchildren, Brandon (Shamra) Willis of Fayette, Brooke Rights of Fayette, John (Summer) Moore of Hagerstown, Thomas (Stacey) Moore of Hagerstown, Piper Phillips of Hagerstown, and Samuel Phillips of Hagerstown. She was also blessed with nine great-grandchildren, Alan, Blaine, Aaliyah, Julian, Baylee, Jeremiah, Hanna, Brayden, and Alexandra. 

Preceding her in death were her sister, Barbara J. Hurlbut Blausey; and beloved sister-in-law, LeVert F. Hurlbut.

Ann is also survived by her legendary potato salad recipe.

Ann's memories will live on in the hearts of all of those who love her. 

Funeral services were pre-arranged and will remain private.
